At LUV Health, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
